RULES OF BRING BACK THE OLD GWENT

The ESC Team is delighted to announce another tournament dedicated to our Community!
Are you ready this time too?
Then read the rules carefully, and we are sure that we will see some good ones.

Dates:

-13 September: Italian community only

-20 September: open to all

Timing:

–14:00 CEST: Check-in starts

–15:00 CEST: End of check-in, the tournament will take place few minutes later.

Requirements to participate:
In order to register yourself simply access the tournament page on playgwent, log in and register for the tournament.
It is mandatory that each participant is part of the ESC discord server at the start of the tournament, non-presence will be considered as abandonment.
The discord server will be used for all communications, both between players and moderators, so it is highly recommended that you keep an eye on the chat during the tournament.

Tournament format:

The tournament format will be a single elimination, meaning once a player is defeated he will automatically be eliminated from the tournament.
The matches will be generated randomly and the bracket can be found on the tournament page, which will still be linked on discord at the start of the tournament.

Match format:

The match format will be a best of 1, meaning each player will bring a deck, and the first player who will be able to win a match, will be the winner.
Who will play for  first or for second will be decided randomly at the time of the match.
The lists are closed, so it will not be possible to know the opponent’s list, being a for fun tournament, the maximum of sportsmanship is expected from all players.

Special Rules: Each deck can contain a maximum of 4 gold cards, be they epic or legendary.

Banned Cards: Master Mirror.

Awards:

1. 1200 powder + 15 premium kegs

2. 800 powder + 10 premium kegs

3. 400 + 5 premium kegs.
